Javier Gonzalez

As a family man and immigrant himself, Javier Gonzalez has dedicated his practice of law to keeping foreign families together and guiding them through the intricate immigration laws of the United States. Focusing primarily on family-based immigration, Attorney Gonzalez has ample knowledge and experience with family petitions, adjustments of status, removal of conditions, waivers, and applications for permanent residency with the United States Consulate abroad. Attorney Gonzalez also works to pursue other applicable forms of status, such as employment authorization, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and applications for Naturalization or Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, for individuals who have a path to U.S Citizenship.

In addition to family-based immigration, Attorney Gonzalez also has vast experience with deportation defense cases for clients who are at risk of being deported. His experience ranges from cases of cancellation of removal, asylum, withholding of removal, adjustment of status in court, as well as appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Attorney Gonzalez has represented clients from many countries around the world and has navigated through many avenues of relief for his clients.
